HUMAN RESOURCES PRACTICES IN METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITIES IN CONTEXT OF PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

To evaluate the level of reflection human resources management approach to public institutions, in particular metropolitan municipalities, through performance indicators is aim research. The research data were obtained from 2021 activity reports 30 municipalities. concept resources, which has been adopted for-profit private sector businesses, also used by institutions recent years. efficiency comes priority improving quality services offered local people. It understood that 190 5998 included municipalities within scope are related functions. most function was training and development at a rate 47% (90) among indicators. Afterwards, it subjects such as motivation employees mentoring (20%; 38 items) included. determined there only 1 indicator for selection placement career management. limited constitutes impression cannot fully transition understanding personnel terms content.
